2. Shipping Locations

4. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: We offer affordable standard shipping across India. The shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your order weight and delivery location. For orders above ₹2000, we provide free standard shipping as a token of appreciation for your support.
  • Expedited Shipping: Need your glassware sooner? Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost, which will be displayed during checkout. This option reduces delivery time by 1-2 days, depending on your location.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): For your convenience, we offer COD on select orders and locations, subject to a nominal fee of ₹50. Availability of COD will be confirmed at checkout.

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If your glassware arrives broken, chipped, or with manufacturing defects, we'll replace it or refund you fully.
  • Incorrect Items: If you receive a product different from what you ordered (e.g., Ripple Shot Glasses instead of Lotus Small Bowl Sets), we'll correct the mistake at no extra cost.
  • Change of Mind: We accept returns for unopened, unused items within 7 days of delivery if you simply change your mind, provided the products are in their original packaging.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Damage caused by improper handling or misuse after delivery.
  • Products returned without original packaging or with signs of use.

4. Refund Process
